Robots plan and make decisions based on data using AI and optimization processes that are often not directly understandable to an outside observer. With the help of augmented reality (AR), the data and the decision-making processes can be visualized. The aim of this collaboration between the Immersive Realities Center and AI Robotics Research Lab is to make decision-making processes in robotics understandable and tangible for a non-specialist audience using AR.
