Thematic areas explored within the focal theme:

How to encourage and empower people who are or have the potential to be in paid work to keep up with the ongoing transformation.
How to promote the work ability of people in paid work.
Ways for employees to remain healthy and stay in their chosen field (evaluation by sector being a possibility).
How to deliver healthy basic and vocational education.
New forms of work contract that allow for a working life that both caters to the individual and to the labour market.

Projects such as “Virtual Kids“, “Digital Female Founders ” and “VA Pepr“ have been developed in the framework of this focal theme.
