Lecture Katherine Clarke, muf architecture/art
Katherine Clarke of the London based practice of art and architecture “muf” gave the second lecture of our series “On collaborations” in the Spring Semester 2026. muf is an internationally recognised, award-winning collaborative practice whose public realm work is simultaneously pragmatic and endlessly ambitious.
muf’s approach is experimental and process driven, a creative dialogue with local communities that ranges between detail and strategy to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Lecture series “On collaborations”
We are pleased to continue the lecture series “On Collaborations” in the Spring Semester 2026. To this end, we have asked our three guests to reflect on the significance of collaborations for their own practice. Unresolved challenges and conflicts will also be considered in this context. To what extent do “collaborations” influence their thinking within their practice, but also within existing socioeconomic structures, e.g., working conditions, and what does this ultimately mean for architectural education?
