Du kannst <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.hslu.ch\/werkstatt\/fotostudio\/\">hier<\/a> die kommenden Daten einsehen und dich anmelden.<\/p>\n<p>Danach kannst du das Studio folgendermassen buchen:<\/p>\n<p>Im Katalog der <a href=\"https:\/\/ausleihe.hslu.ch\/manage\/b71284d9-c64a-4ab6-8a0b-63d9a49bdf7a\/daily\">Ausleihe<\/a> w\u00e4hlst du die Kategorie \u00abFotostudio\u00bb aus, klickst die entsprechende Position an, F\u00fchst den Gegenstand hinzu, w\u00e4hlst beim Dropdown-Men\u00fc \u00abInventarpark\u00bb die Option \u00abFotostudio (max. 1)\u00bb aus und legst das Datum fest. Wenn du mit der Auswahl zufrieden bist, kannst du sie mit \u00abBestellung abschicken\u00bb best\u00e4tigen. Danach wirst du aufgefordert, einen Titel und Verwendungszweck anzugeben. <strong>Es muss bei jeder Reservation zwingend ein Verwendungszweck angegeben werden. Wenn beide Arbeitspl\u00e4tze (links und rechts) gebucht werden, bitte begr\u00fcnden wieso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nachdem du die Bestellung abgeschickt hast, muss sie noch vom Fotostudio-Team angenommen werden. Du wirst im Anschluss daran eine Best\u00e4ttigungsmail erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Vergiss nicht, dass du im Vorfeld zu deinem Slot die Zugangskarte(n) in der Ausleihe (Geb\u00e4ude 745, Raum U125. Offen Montag bis Donnerstag von 13:15 bis 17:00 Uhr) abholen musst.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Nutzung des Fotostudios ist es wichtig, dass du die Raumordnung und Sicherheitsbestimmungen einh\u00e4ltst. Diese sind im Raum selbst nachlesbar.<\/p>\n<p>Hinterlasse das Studio nach deiner Reservation aufger\u00e4umt und sauber und nimm alle mitgebrachten Materialien und Gegenst\u00e4nde wieder mit. Falls es w\u00e4hrend der Nutzung zu Sch\u00e4den oder Verlusten gekommen ist, melde diese umgehend. Bitte teile uns jeweils auch mit, wenn du Studiomaterial (Batterien, Hintergrundpapier&#8230;) aufgebraucht hast, damit dieses ersetzt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Im Anschluss wirfst du deine Schl\u00fcsselkarte(n) in den roten Briefkasten im Fotostudio.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hilfe_bei_haeufigen_Fragen\"><\/span>Hilfe bei h\u00e4ufigen Fragen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Ich kann nicht auf die Ausleihe zugreifen.<\/strong><br \/>\nDas Leihs kann nur \u00fcber das Hochschulnetzwerk aufgerufen werden. Pr\u00fcfe darum, ob du mit dem richtigen Wi-Fi (hslu) verbunden bist. Wenn du die Ausleihe von Ausserhalb des Campus nutzen willst, ben\u00f6tigst du ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hslu.ch\/en\/servicedesk\/anleitungen\/netzwerk\/#vpn\">VPN<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ich kann die Kategorie \u00abFotostudio\u00bb nicht sehen.<\/strong><br \/>\nIn dem Fall hast du noch nicht die entsprechende Berechtigung erhalten. Um das Fotostudio buchen zu k\u00f6nnen, musst du eine Einf\u00fchrung besuchen. Falls du die T\u00fcr trotzdem nicht \u00f6ffnen kannst, musst du die Karte an den Kartenleser in einem der Fahrst\u00fchle halten, bis du ein rotes Blinken siehst. Damit sollte sie upgedatet werden und wieder funktionieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Steckdosen\/Kabelrollen im Studio funktionieren nicht.<\/strong><br \/>\nEntweder du oder jemand vor dir hat die maximale Leistung der Dosen nicht beachtet. Melde dich bei der Hausverwaltung, damit die Sicherungen ausgetauscht werden k\u00f6nnen. Wenn du das Badge schon zur\u00fcck gegeben hast, aber trotzdem das Mail erhalten, es bedeutet, dass die Informationen im Leih-System noch nicht entsprechend angepasst werden konnten. If you are happy with your selection, you can confirm it by clicking on \u00abBestellung abschicken\u00bb. You will then be asked to enter a title and reason for your booking.<strong> It is compulsory to indicate a purpose for your reservation. If both work places (links and rechts) are booked, please explain why.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After you have sent your reservation request, it has to be accepted by the photo studio team. You will subsequently receive a confirmation email. Don&#8217;t forget that you have to pick up the corresponding key card(s) in advance from the AV-Ausleihe (building 745, room U125. Those are posted and can be found in the studio itself.<\/p>\n<p>Leave the studio tidy and clean after your reservation and remove all materials and personal equipment you have brought with you. If damages or loss occurs during use, report them to us immediately. If you are still unable to open the door, hold the card up to the card reader in one of the elevators until you see a red light flashing. It should then be updated and function again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The power outlets in the studio do not work.<\/strong><br \/>\nEither you or someone before you has disregarded the maximum power limit of the sockets. Report this to facility management so that the fuses can be replaced.
