el_class=&#187;dkw-col-toc&#187; offset=&#187;vc_col-lg-3&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#187;2\/3&#8243; el_class=&#187;dkw-col-content&#187; offset=&#187;vc_col-lg-6&#8243;][vc_column_text]Gene Kogan is an artist and a programmer who is interested in autonomous systems, collective intelligence, generative art, and computer science.\u00a0He is a collaborator within numerous open-source software projects, and gives workshops and lectures on topics at the intersection of code and art.\u00a0Gene initiated <a href=\"https:\/\/ml4a.net\/\">ml4a<\/a>, a free book about machine learning for creative practice, and regularly publishes video lectures, writings, and tutorials to facilitate a greater public understanding of the subject.<\/p>\n<p>Gene Kogan is currently giving a Workshop @ the MediaDock.<br \/>\nThus it is part of a series of workshops on artificial intelligence, machine learning and machine vision taking place at MediaDock.<br \/>\nThis series is also supported by Nicolas Malev\u00e9 and Guillaume Massol.<br \/>\nThe talk is made possible by the financial support of swissuniversities.ch and takes place within the framework of Digital Skills &#8211;
