Der Kurs steht Studierenden und Dozierenden der HSLU D&amp;K offen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"ACHTUNG_Kompetenznachweis_ab_2023\"><\/span>ACHTUNG Kompetenznachweis ab 2023<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ab <strong>2023<\/strong> wird es neue Verodnungen geben und ein &#171;Drohnenf\u00fchrerschein&#187; wird dann <strong>obligatorisch<\/strong> sein! Der Betrieb von Modellluftfahrzeugen und Drohnen ist untersagt, wenn sich diese in einem Abstand von weniger als 5 km von den Pisten eines zivilen oder milit\u00e4rischen Flugplatzes befinden. Zus\u00e4tzlich ist der Betrieb in aktiven Kontrollzonen (CTR) untersagt, sofern dabei eine H\u00f6he von 150 m \u00fcber Grund \u00fcberstiegen wird.
