Artificial Images is the art practice of Derrick Schultz. Utilizing cutting edge machine learning technology, his work explores multisensory perception, generative abstraction, and the future of ecology.
In addition to creating his own work, Derrick also teaches machine learning to artists, designers, and image makers.
As part of our A.I. Autumn workshop series, Derrick gave a 3-part workshop and introduced us to more ways that artists and designers can create machine-generated imagery by building their own data sets. Now he will join us online for the last time from New York to talk about his artistic practice.
