In this two evenings workshop, participants will be introduced to creative and artistic possibilities in contemporary robotics. Focusing on Unitree Go2 robot dog, members of the Curling Computer Club collective will showcase their project Go2+ and invite students to reappropriate and rethink the possibilities of semiautonomous robots within the fields of experimental product design, interaction design, creative coding, digital fabrication and media arts.
The workshop will introduce participants to control the robot and create custom behaviors, as well as inviting attendees to rethink possible application of the product and imagine possible extensions of Go2 that hack and reclaim the original commercial device.
