Using <strong>remote methods<\/strong> and tools, participants documented and shared how they interact with VAs and how the devices affect their home lives.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;11386&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;]<div style='border-color: #e2007a; color: #000000; '  class=\"gem-quote gem-quote-style-3 custom-color-blockqute-mark-added \" ><blockquote style='color: #000000 ; border-color: #e2007a ' ><em>We&#8217;ve got the mobile phones off the dining room, off the table &#8211; because now you can just talk to Google. (&#8230;) Nobody feels the need to have their mobile phone with them anymore.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Participant 10<\/blockquote><span style=color:#e2007a;  class=\"custom-color-blockqute-mark\">&#xe60c;<\/span><\/div>[vc_empty_space][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Diary Study&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|text_align:left|color:%23e2007a&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_row_inner equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]After participating in the Zoom Onboarding Sessions, 31 participants (households) kept a semi-solicited diary over four weeks using the mobile diary app, <a href=\"https:\/\/indeemo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Indeemo<\/a>. They documented and shared their experiences with the VA through photos, videos, audio recordings and notes. They were asked to complete 10 tasks that we provided on a schedule. Additionally, they expanded on their diary entries in weekly Zoom interviews.
