Why did you decide to study engineering?
I have always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and management. I chose engineering to acquire the quantitative tools and analytical mindset needed to solve complex organizational problems and bridge the gap between technical and strategic decision-making.
What do you like about your studies or your work?
What I enjoy most is the dynamic nature of this field. It provides the tools to understand complex systems and drive innovation. I find it motivating to combine analytical skills with a strategic mindset to create tangible value in any organization.
What advice would you give to women who are interested in studying engineering?
Don't be intimidated by challenges. Success in engineering relies on discipline, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset. The field thrives on diverse perspectives, so believe in your unique skills and don't be afraid to bring your personal touch to technical environments.
