Author Registration: Select this if you are presenting your paper, poster or demo at the conference (student or non-student). Each Author/Presenter registration covers ONE paper only. Additional papers may be added to the registration for a supplemental fee. No single author may be the registered presenter on more than two Full or Short papers for oral presentation

Attendee Registration: Select this if you are a non-student attending the conference and haven’t co-authored a paper, poster or demo and are not presenting.

Refund Policy

Provide a description of the departments refund policy for the store being requested. Will appear on bottom breadcrumb bar and during the checkout process. Every store MUST have a published refund policy.

The Joint Conference on Serious Games 2025 refund policy is as follows: All refund requests must be received in writing to [INSERT HSLU EMAIL HERE]

– Requests received by August 31, 2025, 11:59pm (CET) will receive a full refund, less a 50 CHF administrative fee.

– Requests received by October 7, 2025, 11:59pm (CET) will receive a 50% refund, less a 50 CHF administrative fee.

– Requests received after October 7, 2025 for the conference or pre-conference will receive no refund.

No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to personal or travel related issues, natural disasters, or other acts of God. JCSG25 shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is canceled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impossible.
