Presentation Formats

Oral presentation (Full and Short Paper)

Oral presentation will be held on-site with in-person session. Each talk is scheduled for 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.

Speakers are required to present from their own laptop, and are responsible to bring any display adapters other than HDMI that they need. There is no conference template.

Please gather at the speaker podium at the start of the break before your scheduled time slot to test your setup. Check the schedule for the times.

Poster and Demo Session

Please prepare a scientific poster. It should contain the most important information of your submission paper and draw the interest of conference participants (i.e. use visuals). There is no conference template.

You are responsible to print the poster. The poster must be:

  • A0
  • portrait orientation
  • at least 600 dpi resolution

The poster can be set up after registration. Please check the schedule for that. If you by a poster printing ticket (see below) we’ll set the poster up for you.

The demo stand can be set up after registration. Please check the schedule for that. We encourage demo presenters to arrive early to ensure their installations working before the start of the program.

Multiple poster & demo sessions will be held over the conference days. During those please be at your poster / demo stand to engage and discuss with other conference participants.
