Bei der Industriestrasse Luzern wurden diese neue Kooperationen und partizipative Planungsformen gepr\u00fcft. Der Mehrwert dieses Einbezugs und dieser neuen Form der Prozessgestaltung wird in mehrfacher Hinsicht deutlich: Im Dialog mit allen Beteiligten wird f\u00fcr die Quartierbev\u00f6lkerung eine neue, auf ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse zugeschnittene Bebauung geschaffen und somit viel zur Lebensqualit\u00e4t vor Ort beigetragen.
