Our Technology Assessment Workshop helps you evaluate the viability, value, and strategic fit of your product or process idea. Together, we lay the groundwork for confident and well-informed innovation decisions.

Format:

• Duration: 2 half-days (spaced about one week apart)
• Participants: approx. 3–6 people (client’s side)
• Composition: Ideally from various areas of product or process development
• Location: Ideally at the Immersive Realities Center IRC, Rotkreuz

To ensure the workshop meets your specific needs, we’re happy to define the key prerequisites and structure together with you in advance.

Preparation:

• Concise overview of the current situation (with optional research of relevant background information upon request)

Agenda:

• BAC Analysis (approx. 2 hours)
• Description of the current state
• Current application of relevant technology (insights provided through a demo)
• Expected future use of the technology (target state)
• Preliminary assessment of required effort
• Clear definition of the next steps to be taken

Summary:

• Development of a brief recap including participants’ personal assessments

Follow-up:

• Photo documentation of the results
