With the rapid development of various scanning methods, digital replicas of buildings and facilities, known as digital twins, are becoming increasingly widespread and diverse. This project explores the potential of a digital representation of the HSLU Department of Computer Science for use in teaching, research, and the school’s communication.
The Rotkreuz campus is embedded in a narrative exploration game in which visitors can explore the school’s spaces and surroundings at different times of the year and day, learn interesting facts about the school or its study programs from various characters, or contribute their own ideas.
The work is accompanied by a series of expert workshops in which a selected group of students, lecturers, and researchers evaluate the Campus Game and enrich it with additional features.
