So k\u00f6nnen neue vielschichtige Erz\u00e4hlungen entstehen, die die Stadt bereichern und Raum f\u00fcr ressourcenschonende, zukunftsf\u00e4hige Ver\u00e4nderungen als plausible Alternativen zum Neubau bieten.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Projektmodul im \u00abBachelor Intermediate\u00bb hatten die Studierenden im Herbstsemester 2021 die Aufgabe ein Gewerbegeb\u00e4ude in der Stadt Luzern in ein Wohngeb\u00e4ude zu transformieren. Der Studierende <strong>Louis Kunz <\/strong>hat sich mit dem <strong>Gewerbegeb\u00e4ude an der Rhynauerstrasse 15 <\/strong>besch\u00e4ftigt.<\/p>\n\n\n<div\n   class=\"cloudimage-360\"\n \u00abBei meinem Entwurf fand die Umnutzung des Gewerbegeb\u00e4udes an der Rhynauerstrasse 15 zu einem Wohnungsbau in Form einer Nidation statt. Die punktuellen Einnistungen sind dort vorzufinden, wo das bestehende Gewerbehaus &#8218;Unstimmigkeiten&#8216; aufweist. Dies f\u00fchrt zu f\u00fcnf Eingriffen, die R\u00fccksicht auf den Bestand nehmen und sich von diesem in ihrer Form und Struktur leiten lassen. So entstanden die Wohnungstypen &#8218;Bunker&#8216;, &#8218;Entr\u00e9e&#8216;, &#8218;R\u00e9duit&#8216;, &#8218;Licht&#8216; und &#8218;Terrasse&#8216;.&nbsp;Die Einnistungen kommen von aussen, dringen in das Innere und betten sich zwischen den W\u00e4nden und Decken des Bestandes ein.
