Die monumentale Struktur wurde w\u00e4hrend der Zeit des jugoslawischen Sozialismus errichtet und befindet sich aktuell in einem Zustand der r\u00e4umlichen und symbolischen Ungewissheit. Lindon Bytyqi hat verschiedene Interventionen entworfen, die aufzeigen, wie mit dem bedeutenden Geb\u00e4ude \u2013 stellvertretend f\u00fcr weitere Geb\u00e4ude aus dieser Zeit im Kosovo \u2013 umgegangen werden k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"25FS_MAS_Masterthesis_Lindon_Bytyqi\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/1109647299?h=0744259af8&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lindon Bytyqi beschreibt seine Arbeit wie folgt: Einst ein zentraler Ort f\u00fcr gemeinschaftliche Zusammenk\u00fcnfte und Kultur, wurde das Geb\u00e4ude nach und nach vernachl\u00e4ssigt, fragmentiert und teilweise privatisiert, was die allgemeinen Muster institutioneller Schweigsamkeit und unbew\u00e4ltigter Erinnerung in postsozialistischen St\u00e4dten widerspiegelt.<br>Anstatt eine Erhaltung oder einen Abriss vorzuschlagen, macht sich das Projekt die Unvollst\u00e4ndigkeit des Geb\u00e4udes sowohl als Methode als auch als Botschaft zunutze. Durch eine Reihe gezielter architektonischer Ma\u00dfnahmen, wie beispielsweise die Entfernung der verglasten Fassade, um die Struktur zum Grand Hotel, Arb\u00ebria und Rilindja hin zu \u00f6ffnen, verwandelt die Intervention<br>den Palast in eine zeitgen\u00f6ssische st\u00e4dtische Agora: offen, durchl\u00e4ssig und st\u00e4ndig neu interpretierbar. Eine Br\u00fccke \u00fcberwindet die Trennung von der restlichen Stadt, und die Verkehrswege werden Teil der st\u00e4dtischen Infrastruktur.<br>Verwurzelt in der lebendigen Erinnerung einer Stadt, in der \u00abTriff mich im Boro Ramiz\u00bb noch immer in Gespr\u00e4chen nachhallt, positioniert die These den Jugendpalast nicht als Einzelfall, sondern als Teil einer breiteren Typologie von Geb\u00e4uden aus der sozialistischen \u00c4ra, die von Ambivalenz gepr\u00e4gt sind. Sie hinterfragt die Tendenz der Architektur, Verfall zu romantisieren oder sich in Neutralit\u00e4t zur\u00fcckzuziehen, und schl\u00e4gt stattdessen eine Designpraxis vor, die auf Reaktivierung, Subtraktion und \u00f6ffentlicher Verantwortung basiert.<br>Indem es eine Schliessung ablehnt, definiert das Projekt Unvollst\u00e4ndigkeit neu als Instrument der Resilienz und definiert Architektur
