Wie bei den meisten vergleichbaren Stadtlandschaften erm\u00f6glichten auch hier billige Energie und Mobilit\u00e4t in den letzten Jahrzehnten das achtlose Ausdehnen der Siedlungsfl\u00e4che. Hier manifestieren sich die Herausforderungen unserer Zeit klar und deutlich. Die Studierenden <strong>Marlon Felber <\/strong>und <strong>Alexander Sch\u00fctz <\/strong>(Studio Angelika Juppien) besch\u00e4ftigten sich mit dem Industriegebiet Oberfeld und pl\u00e4dieren f\u00fcr mehr Nutzungsdurchmischung, neue Formen der Produktion und weniger Platz f\u00fcr den Verkehr.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"23FS_Bachelor_Intermediate_SchuetzFelber_1\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/846646209?app_id=122963\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Alexander Sch\u00fctz und Marlon Felber erkl\u00e4ren ihre Arbeit<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konzept<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die beiden Studierenden schreiben zu ihrem Projekt: <br>\u00abWir situierten unser Projekt an einem Ort, an dem das bestehende Gewerbe sehr dominant ist, und es bis heute kaum Platz f\u00fcr Wohnraum gibt. Mit dem Entwurf der vertikalen Produktion untersuchten wir eine neue Form der Produktion, indem sich das Gewerbe vertikal ausbreitet. Produktion bedeutet f\u00fcr uns nicht nur die simple Produktion von G\u00fctern, sondern zum Beispiel auch ein gesellschaftlicher Austausch zwischen der Bewohnerschaft, ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit Energie oder die Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit der verschiedenen Typologien. Die sture Struktur sollte dabei M\u00f6glichkeiten bieten, um zu wohnen, zu arbeiten oder f\u00fcr den \u00f6ffentlichen Nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n    <div class=\"ms-gallery \">\n        <div f\u00fcr uns eine wichtige Rolle. Wir setzten uns beispielsweise intensiv mit der Hauptstrasse, welche das Rontal konsequent durchtrennt, auseinander. Wir denken diese Strasse so, dass sie sich wieder dem Massstab des Menschen ann\u00e4hert. Das Gegen\u00fcber, der Plaza, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine hohe Nutzungsvielfalt und soll anregen auch mal \u00fcber die Strasse hinaus zu denken. Es gibt weitere Aussenbereiche und Pl\u00e4tze mit unterschiedlichen \u00d6ffentlichkeitscharakteren, die st\u00e4dtische Qualit\u00e4ten aufweisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insgesamt untersuchten wir eine neue Form der Produktion in einem Umfeld, das uns in Zukunft noch stark besch\u00e4ftigen wird. Das Rontal ist ein Ort, den es in \u00e4hnlichen Umst\u00e4nden \u00fcberall in der Schweiz gibt. Heute noch stark von der Automobilindustrie gepr\u00e4gt, wird er sich in Zukunft wohl einem grossen Wandel gegen\u00fcbergestellt sehen. Unser Beitrag fungiert dabei als ein Denkanstoss f\u00fcr einen zuk\u00fcnftigen Umgang mit solchen Orten.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten, Schnitt und
